Scotty's parents came to Tupelo in the middle of March and celebrated their 34th Wedding Anniversary!! To commemorate such a special occasion we drove to Memphis to eat at:
And it was sooooo yummy!! There was more meat than any one human should consume at a sitting!! If you're a vegetarian or work for PETA (I guess that's redundant!!) don't go there!! However, if you wanna fill up on protein, this is the place for you!!
Here we are at our table.
Waiters bring all the varieties of meat out on these huge skewers that look like swords. Each person is given a "button" when you're seated. One side is red (for stop) and the other is green (for go). Genius!! When you're ready for meat you turn your button over to the green side and all these waiters descend on you (it's overwhelming at times) and you pick the meat you want. When you need a break, you just turn your button to the red side!!

When you can eat everything in sight, I can see how one could assume the dishes were edible!!

Though I was tempted to live up to the all you can eat expectation, I dug deep and found it in myself to leave room for dessert!! And thank the Lord I was able to find such self-control or I would've missed out on this Brazillian version of Turtle Cheesecake!!

We tried to get here early enough to watch the ducks walk out, but they were just leaving as we got there. Oh Well!! There's always next time!!
