A Night with Danae & Dawson

On February 10th (told ya I was really behind!!) I got a call from my cousin, Dana. She said that she had a function that night she'd forgotten about and asked if there was anyway her kids, Danae & Dawson, could hang out at our house while she was gone. We were soooo excited!!! Tanner loves "Nay" (Danae) & Dawson and talks about them all the time so when he found out they were gonna be at our house he flipped out and couldn't hardly stand the excitement!! We had such a fun night with some of our most favorite cousins!!

Dana (their mom) takes tons of pictures too, so it didn't even phase them when I got camera happy!!

After supper we decided we needed a dessert!! I don't remember what choices I gave them, but Dawson was so excited about brownies that it didn't even matter to him that there were other options!! He loves a brownie!! He wanted to play his game instead of being with us women in the kitchen so me and Danae got started and ended up recruiting Tanner to help us!!

You've Been Warned

So I really don't know what my problem is...I thought I was so on track with all my pictures. I mean, a little behind - maybe, but not just completely derailed!! That was until a few days ago when I was organizing trying to back them up and realized there were SEVERAL occasions that never made their debut on the blog!!!! As in - some from February!!!! So this is you're warning that there will be lots of posts coming soon as I attempt to catch up!! If I weren't trying to use this blog as somewhat of a baby book, I wouldn't worry about, but seeing as how I never really got around to one, this is a necessity!!! Just thought you should prepare yourself.

10 Year Class Reunion

On May 14, I had my 10 Year High School Reunion. We met for a picnic lunch with our families at Le Fleur's Bluff and then an adult's only night at Reservoir Pointe (where we always had Prom!!). It was good to see everybody, but it's funny how so many years can pass, but not that much changes. I was really excited because it was another chance for us and the Mathis crew to hang out!! Tanner had so much fun with Morgan and they were so cute together!! The most aweful thing about the reunion was that I was like 6ish or so weeks pregnant and Scotty wouldn't let me tell!!!! It was so not fair to be around so many people who were sharing prego stories and I couldn't.....so I told Kellie!! Here ya go!!
