My Birthday & October Trip to Jackson

My 27th birthday was October 4th. We celebrated here in Tupelo and went to Jackson the next weekend to do a party there and go to the fair. Hope you enjoy our pics!!

We got up that morning and went to eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel. It's my favorite spot bc I just love all that old-timey stuff!!

Every time we go to Cracker Barrel Tanner has to rock!! Thanks Granna!!

Later that night me, Tanner and Scotty had a slumber party in the living room!! We got out the blow-up mattress, ate cake and caught up on our shows!!

I love Pepperidge Farm chocolate cakes so that was my b-day cake!! Yummy!! We didn't even get plates!! We just grabbed some forks and dove in!!

My mom had a party for me in Jackson and all our family was there!! It was lots of fun!!

Aaron & Jennifer came with their boys, Ryan & Brayden, so it goes without saying that Tanner had a blast!!

Me & Krissy Chaps always get to celebrate together because her birthday is 2 days after mine!! I am older though so that's a bummer!!

We also took Tanner to the fair while we were there!! And he loved it!!

Pineapple icecream has been a long tradition on both the Sellers and the Davis sides so it's only natural that Tanner be introduced as well!!

There for a while Tanner swore off all meat!! Those vegetarian days were NOT fun, but don't worry, guys!! Meat's back in!!!

Marc & Summer went to the fair with us and it was sooo good to see them!! Marc's birthday is the day after mine!! Happy Birthday Marcus T!!

Tanner loves cows and has learned how to moo so he was super excited when this girl let us pet her cow!! I'm not sure he realized they were so big in real life...and this was just a calf!!

The big yellow slide is absolutely my all time favorite ride at the fair and has been ever since I was a little girl!! My parents said I would just ride it over and over and over!! Since Tanner has no fear, I thought it would be a good idea for me and my dad to take him down it!!

Our friends from Birmingham, Zach & Whitney, are having a baby in December so while we were in Jackson I got to go to one of her showers!! She looked so great and we cannot wait to meet Baby Parker!!

Jax's Birthday Party

Tanner's friend Jax had his 2nd birthday at the beginning of October. Tanner had sooo much fun because the theme was jumping machines and he LOVES to jump!!

Jumping machines are one of my most favorite things in the world!! There was no way anybody was keeping me off this big one!!

The ole Honda had a flat tire the other day. Daddy didn't think he could do all by himself so he enlisted the help of his little partner!! They did a great job and got it all taken care of!! F.Y.I.- every time we go outside now, Tanner goes and sits by the tire!!

Playgroup at Ballard Park

Our play group met a Ballard Park and had so much fun!! Hope you enjoy our pictures!!

Play Group at Healthworks

Since Tanner doesn't go to anything like Mother's Morning Out, me and some of my friends started a play group. We meet every Monday morning at someone's house or a special place and let the kids play together and socialize. On this day we took a field trip to Healthworks here in Tupelo.

It's not often we get a shot of all the kids and we almost missed this one, but we got it!!! Mallory, Emily, Tanner, and Ava.

There was a kitchen area for them to play and Tanner found the corn on the cob!! Imagine that!!

Takin' Care of Business

After we got back from the beach with our friends, I had a board meeting to attend in Jackson. I'm the president of our spouse alliance this year and the state fall board meeting is always held down there. So me and Tanner were in Jackson for a few days while Scotty held down the fort here in Tupelo.

Me & Tanner stayed with my parents... and Granna (my mom) made corn on the cob for Tanner, which is one of his FAVORITE meals!!

Is it any more obvious that he can do whatever he wants at Granna & Papaw's?

Every time we're in Jackson we're always pulled in so many different directions that we never have time to see friends, go shopping or anything else. So while I had a little extra time me, Mom, and Tanner went shopping at the new mall in Jackson. They have a splash pad there and so before we left we let Tanner get in the water. I probably don't hafta tell you, but he had a great time!!!






Also, Scotty's grandmother was getting married that weekend so me and Tanner stayed an extra day so we could be at the wedding. Congrats MawMaw and Paul-Paul!!
